Enrol at Orpheus Theatre Arts
At Orpheus, we train young performers aged 7–16, helping them grow in confidence, creativity, and skill. Our classes combine a confidence-first approach with structured theatre training for those who wish to progress further.
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all our students. Enrolment at Orpheus ensures your child can enjoy this experience while learning in a professional, supportive setting.
Our Policies & Code of Conduct
All enrolments are subject to our Policies and Codes of Conduct. These documents explain how we ensure the wellbeing, safety, and development of every student.
Please read them carefully:
Read our policies.
Agreement to Policies
By enrolling, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Policies and Codes of Conduct. Enrolment is conditional upon this agreement, which is confirmed via a declaration checkbox during the enrolment process.
How to Enrol
Read our Policies & Code of Conduct – linked above.
Create a Class Manager account – via Class Manager (click the relevant button below).
Confirm Agreement/Terms and Conditions – tick the box declaring agreement to our Policies, Code of Conduct, and terms and conditions.
Receive Confirmation – you will get an email confirming your Class Manager account is live and that your child has been enrolled into the relevant age group.
⚠️ Please note: Upon enrolment, you may see a £0 invoice in your account with a request to pay £0 upon enrolment. This is a system placeholder only. Your first real invoice, reflecting your child’s fees (including any discounts or mid-month adjustments), will be issued separately.
Pay your first invoice – shortly after enrolment, you will receive an invoice for the month ahead (either the full £95 or a pro-rated amount depending on when you enrol). This must be paid ahead of your child’s first session to secure their place.
Making Payments
Payment of fees can either be made by logging into Class Manager and manually paying your invoice through the payment link, or automatic card payments can be set up in the Class Manager portal by going Profile > Settings > Payment Cards.
Free Trials
Free trials are a great way to experience our classes before enrolling. These are booked separately using our Trial Registration Form and allow you and your child to see how we work and whether it feels the place for you.
How Fees Work
At Orpheus Theatre Arts, we aim to keep our fees simple, transparent, and easy to manage.
Monthly Fee: Our standard fee is £95 per month, which covers all scheduled classes, regardless of school holidays.
Flexible Monthly Payments: Instead of paying for a full term upfront, the monthly fee spreads the cost evenly across the year. This works like a monthly membership, giving families predictable payments while covering the full term of classes.
Mid-Month Enrolments: If your child joins partway through a month, we will charge a pro-rated fee for the remaining sessions that month. Full monthly fees apply from the following month onward.
Securing a Place: Payment for the first month (or pro-rated portion) is requested following enrolment to secure your child’s place.
Recurring Payments: After the first payment, fees will be invoiced monthly on the 28th of each month, with payment due on the 1st of the month.
