Fees & Enrolment

Our fees are split into monthly installments of £95 per month across the calendar year. We also offer a 25% discount for any siblings.

What’s included?

  • 3 hours of structured training per session

  • Training in Musical Theatre and Performance Craft

  • Age-appropriate Junior or Senior group placement

  • Teaching led by experienced industry professionals

  • Workshops and special sessions throughout the year

  • Performance opportunities

How payments work

Fees are spread evenly across the year and are collected via online payments through Class Manager, which is set up when you enrol your child. We operate a fixed monthly fee across the whole year, rather than charging larger termly invoices to make theatre training more accessible and easier to manage for families.

Invoices are issued on around the 28th of each month, with payment due by the 1st of the following month. Automatic card payments can be set up in the Class Manager portal by going Profile > Settings > Payment Cards, or these can be paid manually via your portal.

If a student joins partway through the month, the first payment will be adjusted proportionally.

With approximately 41 sessions per year, this works out to less than £10 per training hour, giving families an affordable and predictable way to invest in their child’s training.

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed following a taster session. Full details of this will be shared to the parent/guardian at the time of enrolling. Head over to our enrolment page for further information.

Additional Costs

At Orpheus Theatre Arts, we aim to keep additional costs to a minimum and ensure our classes remain accessible for all families.

However, there may be occasions where extra costs apply, such as:

  • Orpheus merchandise or uniform items

  • Special performances or showcases, where a costume or props fee may be required

Whenever additional costs are necessary, we will communicate all details to parents and guardians well in advance, so you have plenty of notice to plan ahead.

Our goal is always to be transparent, fair, and supportive, while ensuring every student has the opportunity to participate fully in our exciting theatre activities.
